The workspace becomes read-only until the Owner selects a subscription. Existing permitted data and downloads remain available under the published retention policy.

Can I pay annually?

Yes. Annual billing provides two months free compared with monthly billing.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. The organisation Owner manages the subscription through Billing & plan.

What happens if I reach a limit?

Existing records and saved documents remain preserved. The Owner can archive unused active records or select a larger plan.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?
